This is the key at Aphobos CrossFit Kids Classes. We want to develop your child’s movement pattern, bringing consistency through training (and not exercising) to helping them to understand moving better.

About our CrossFit Kids Classes
We program our classes, which last one hour, to ensure your child stays engaged and has FUN. Aphobos CrossFit encourages competitive training, we also encourage supporting others. Both skills are important to develop through your childhood. CrossFit Kids develops a training method to improve confidence, social skills and overall fitness through games as well as Workouts (known as WOD’s).
If you would like your child to join, please get in touch via email firstname.lastname@example.org , Contact Us or call us 07947 191 514. For your child’s first visit, we require each Parent / Guardian to complete a waiver on the child’s behalf.
Finally, if you have any children at a school and would like us to progress our program with the school’s physical education program, please do provide details of key contacts at your child’s school and we can introduce our program.
