BOOTCAMP

30 Minute Fitness! A quick high-energy indoor Bootcamp workout that utilizes functional body weight movements and light to moderate loads.

YOGA

With a focus on the ability to develop the flexibility and mobility of your body, this class will work every muscle through breath and movement alongside relaxing music to encourage a relaxed and refreshed mind and body. Leaving you feeling balanced and inspired.

RUNNING

The Aphobos Running Classes teach the skill of running. You will learn the proper warm-up, dynamic drills, and biomechanics to avoid injury. We introduce the Pose Method of Running technique consisting of three elements: Pose – Fall – Pull, which accepts gravity as the primary force for forward movement instead of muscular effort. We run our Run Clubs every Tuesday 7-8pm, it’s FREE for everyone – just meet outside the box entrance and join us!

Olympic Lifting

An inclusive program designed specifically to increase the strength and improve technical skill development in Olympic Lifting.
Need to have a basic understanding of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk with a willingness to work hard!

MOVEMENT & MOBILITY

The Movement & Mobility classes are designed to target mobility restrictions and improve motor patterning (knowing how to move parts of your body). This class will relieve soreness and give your muscles a break while getting into your joints and connective tissue.
