The emphasis of the Aphobos CrossFit Fundamentals Course is to allow the coaches to develop skill and introduce you to some of our basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes, with a huge focus on mobility and introducing you to our WOD’s (Workout of the Day). Following the mantra of CrossFit; mechanics, consistency and then intensity, we teach and enforce good movement. You’ll develop a deeper understanding as you enter into class as you’ll constantly be developing a deeper awareness of each movement and its then we will layer on intensity.

As long as you are a current member at an Affiliated CrossFit Gym from anywhere around the world, you can drop in to our CrossFit classes. We just ask you arrive 10-15 mins earlier, so we can get you set up. If you are dropping in for a class call us or send us a email.
