Cancellation Terms

You can cancel this agreement within 7 working days (grace period) from the day you commence your membership providing that you have not used the Premises or benefited from any services. After this grace period or in case you commence use of the services, your Membership will be noted as Active Membership and amounts to your acceptance Aphobos Terms and Conditions.

If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future, (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change. We do not put memberships on hold.

If you are sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your written cancellation notice as required by our membership Terms and Conditions. Aphobos CrossFit will not refund any classes not used by you as part of your selected membership(s) in that billing month or backdated, as fees are charged on a whole month basis.

Only active memberships can be downgraded. Aphobos will not accept requests for downgrading membership during a notice period (a notice period being based on the last active month).

Your membership will be cancelled according to the cut-off date specified in our Terms and Conditions and the date you submitted your request.

Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this 30-day period, and we have not received your cancellation request in writing, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

In case of a Force Majeure event, i.e. an event beyond the reasonable control of Aphobos CrossFit, including Government guidelines regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, cancellation terms and procedures are still binding in accordance to the provisions set out in our Terms and Conditions. Services and offerings may change in light of Government restrictions and Aphobos CrossFit will do its best to provide an alternative service.
