At Aphobos CrossFit we offer a wide range of classes to suit your needs, regardless of your current experience or fitness goals. Our focus is on developing every athlete through the CrossFit methodology, with supporting pillars to increase your physical ability. Whether you’re looking for the most intense workout or to advance your skills—or maybe you are just interested in starting strength training and getting a great sweat on—this is the place for you! We have everything you need under one roof.

We are also big advocates of kids’ fitness and offer a wide range of classes to suit each child’s age.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity and scaled to your own abilities.

Aerobic Capacity

Fast paced and fun 45-minute sessions to get your heart pumping. It’s short, fast and super sweaty!


Learn how to reduce injury and optimise your weightlifting technique. Developing an understanding of the two Olympic lifting movements and perform the snatch, clean, and jerk safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Gymnastic Development

As CrossFit involves a range of CrossFit gymnastics skills, we take time to work with our members to help them achieve and develop a further understanding of the required movements, with an emphasis on mobility, strength, and skill development. 

Animal Flow

Aphobos is a UK Leader in providing Animal Flow, brought to you by Danny Webster as a Level 1 Animal Flow Certified Coach.  Animal Flow is a ground-based movement, made fun, challenging, and effective. This system is designed to improve strength power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels. Animal Flow has something for everybody!

Mobility Classes

Improve your mobility, increase your athletic performance, and speed up your recovery with our mobility program. Each carefully designed session will help rehabilitate participants ahead of sessions and provide rehabilitation for those requiring a deeper range of motion to improve their posture and joint range.

Core Focus

A strong Core will also help you maintain good posture and avoid issues like lower back pain. Creating the foundation of a strong core, teaches you to keep your hips aligned and how to control your posture.

Aphobos Kids Classes

We have a range of classes suitable for kids aged 3-13 years old. As leaders in kids’ fitness, we want them to have the freedom and fearlessness to engage wholeheartedly with the world throughout their entire lives. The mastery, confidence, and motivation that kids develop in our gym are the ingredients of freedom and fearlessness.


Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Its main components are postures (i.e., a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

Virtual Classes

Can’t go to the gym? We’ll take the gym to you. Train right at the comfort of your own home via our virtual classes.

Pregnancy and Postpartum Classes

More mums than ever want to stay fit, healthy, and strong during and after pregnancy. At Aphobos, you can count on our specifically qualified team to help guide you. Whether you wish to continue CrossFit throughout your pregnancy or stay fit whilst you are pregnant to prepare you for birth, we are here to help you and keep you safe.
