At Aphobos CrossFit we offer a wide range of classes to suit your needs, regardless of your current experience or fitness goals. Our focus is on developing every athlete through the CrossFit methodology, with supporting pillars to increase your physical ability. Whether you’re looking for the most intense workout or to advance your skills—or maybe you are just interested in starting strength training and getting a great sweat on—this is the place for you! We have everything you need under one roof.

We are also big advocates of kids’ fitness and offer a wide range of classes to suit each child’s age.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity and scaled to your own abilities.


Learn how to reduce injury and optimise your weightlifting technique. Developing an understanding of the two Olympic lifting movements and perform the snatch, clean, and jerk safely, efficiently, and effectively.

CrossFit Lite

A CrossFit Lite WOD (Workout Of The Day) has the same ingredients as the regular WOD (functional movements, constantly varied with relatively high intensity), but without complex movements and no heavy weights. We train on the proper execution of the movements. First correct mechanics, then being consistent with correct mechanics and only then do we make it more difficult.

Strength & Skill

Perfect for anyone wanting to become more efficient in a certain skill or perform a new skill for the first time. Examples of skills worked on during class might include: Handstand Pushups, Pull-ups, Kipping, Muscle-ups, Double Unders, etc.

CrossFit Juniors

CrossFit Juniors is for kids aged 7 to 12 years. The focus of each class is on how well your child moves, not how much or how fast. Every class is loaded with age-appropriate excitement coupled with learning the basic functional movements. We want to see your kids grow in strength and skill as well as in confidence and character, and above all have fun!

CrossFit Teens

Our Teens program is a strength and conditioning class developed specifically for the teenage-“ish” age range (12 to 15 years old) and is always scalable based upon your teen’s ability. We teach our young athletes to move correctly and because the workouts are constantly varied, your teen is less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.
