Our absolute highest priority is making sure you learn and execute all movements safely and efficiently.
From the beginning, you will understand the importance of virtuosity (“performing the common uncommonly well”) and the value of mechanics and consistency before intensity.
During 4 sessions you will not only have your movements assessed, learn some of the Foundational CrossFit movements and take part in a workout, you will also get a sense of camaraderie that comes with starting something new with people that are, most probably, seeking similar goals as you.
At the end of this course we hope you will have grown your confidence and be ready to feel better physically and mentally, form new lifelong healthy habits but most of all start changing your life.
