Our CrossFit Kids programme is designed to help children and teens develop strength, coordination, and a love for movement in a fun and supportive environment. Through age-appropriate workouts, we focus on building fitness, confidence, and fundamental skills that support an active lifestyle.

We offer classes for three age groups, ensuring each session is tailored to their abilities and needs:

CrossFit Kids 1:

5 to 7 years

Tuesdays
4:15 - 5:00 pm

CrossFit Kids 2:

8 to 11 years

Wednesdays
4:15 - 5:00 pm

Fridays
4:15 - 5:00 pm

CrossFit Teens:

12 years+

Mondays
4:15 - 5:00 pm

Tuesdays
5:00 - 6:00 pm

Thursdays
4:15 - 5:00 pm

Building a Strong Foundation for Active Kids and Teens

Our expert coaches create a positive atmosphere where children of all levels can learn, grow, and enjoy staying active. Whether they’re new to exercise or looking to improve their skills, CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens is all about building a strong foundation for a healthy future.
